How To Place A Photography Order
In this section are various downloads to help you place an order with ProCreative, such as order forms and shooting angles. Please complete these forms as thoroughly as possible.
Choose The Service
Decide which service you need: Cutout Photography for images shot on a pure white background, Ecommerce Photography for Amazon, eBay or Etsy, or Creative Photography with a background or styling.
Choose The Shooting Angle
Either use one of the examples shown in the Shooting Angles section or send us a visual example of the angle you would like replicated.
Send Us Your Products
Arrange delivery to our studio. We will use the same packaging to send your products back to you, so please package them well.
Your products should also be fully insured while in transit. If possible please include spares of products especially if delicate.
Items should be clean and ready to shoot. If complex assembly, cleaning or repair is required we may have to charge extra to cover this.
What Happens Next
We will send an approval rough showing the angle of view and only basic lighting for the first of any batch of shots sharing an angle. Once we have the go ahead we will shoot all shots with this angle.
We must receive feedback within 30 minutes of the approval shot otherwise we may have to proceed or switch to another job. If changes are required beyond this we may need to charge for a reshoot.
Basic retouching to remove minor blemishes and dust is always free, but extra work such as major retouching, colour changes, addition or removal of logos etc is a chargeable extra cost (to be agreed).
